Advent Remembrance Tree Lighting

Each year, Calvary Catholic Cemetery provides an outdoor Christmas tree on which members of the community can hang ornaments in memory of their departed loved ones. Placement of ornaments begins November 29th. Previous year’s ornaments still in good condition will be placed on the tree again this year. Cemetery staff will securely wire ornaments to the tree for you. You may stop by the cemetery office Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for a free ornament to decorate for your loved one starting in November. Ornaments can be added throughout Advent and Christmas and remain on the tree through Jan. 6, the feast of the Epiphany.

This year’s Advent Remembrance Tree Lighting service will be Saturday, December 4th at 5:30 p.m.
